ods_osm_dependencies is a TYPO3 Extension, which should not be installed with composer.
It's built as an companion extension for bobosch/ods_osm if you install the extension via composer it already ships it dependencies. This extension ships the dependencies, if the extension is installed via classic mode.
Download the extension and upload it to your TYPO3 installation.
Afterwards you may upload the extension ods_osm as well
Just install the extension. There is no UI.
The extension is considered feature complete for now. We might add security fixes or not.

Pull requests are welcome. For major changes, please open an issue first to discuss what you would like to change.
Please make sure to update tests as appropriate.
