25th pack. Honest rarity roll: COMMON (did:key:z6Mkjeav..., rolled once, shipped as-is). Hero resume-screen came through creative's staging intact (7th slug running with no substitution), with references/scoring-rubric.md bundled. Secondary no-ai-slop; baselines compile-knowledge, notify-user, find-skills. Gates: openagent validate PASS, card renders, QR decodes to openagent:z6Mkjeav...?name=Scout; build-index --check up to date; build-cards --check 25/25 match; check-skills audit ok on 25 packs; check-skills --hero scout resume-screen resolves (depth Arm A, also B).
