Ladder head per marketing/creative/openagent-card/promote-queue.txt, activated by creative's 03:00 run (DIVE-3672) with the 2-day gap served (reps merged 08-20 + 2 = 08-22). Hero: localization-review, intact from creative's staging dir (9th consecutive slug with no substitution). Companions: no-ai-slop (SKILL.md + LICENSE only, matching don/theo/scout/reps — the staging copy's PROVENANCE.md is not shipped) plus the three baselines. Companions sourced from their DURABLE roots, each diffed against the last shipped pack first (wiki: a-vendored-pack-copy-is-stale-not-just-unsourceable): compile-knowledge <- 5dive-skills/, notify-user <- /usr/local/lib/5dive/skills/, both byte-identical to packs/reps this run. find-skills still has no durable root, so copied from packs/reps (the one legitimate pack-copy case).
