Summary

• Hosted TestAgentpluginsOpenCodeNativeLifecycle failed on refactor: installer core clean architecture refactor #288 after fix(agentplugins): share one nativeconfig kernel across activate, verify, and identity #320: a foreign api/server host entry is now NativeIdentityUnmanaged before UpdateGroup/RepairGroup commit.
• The test still expected native MCP entry is not exactly owned plus managed_committed_activation_failed (the old commit-then-ActivationFailed path).
• Assert native identity is unmanaged and apply_failed, and keep the existing proofs that host config and the installed skill are unchanged.

Test plan

• Native Client Runtime opencode runtime on darwin-arm64 and windows-amd64
• Do not merge refactor: installer core clean architecture refactor #288 to main
