Summary

• After test(agentplugins): restore applied package before OpenCode collision repair #323, hosted OpenCode collision update still refuses correctly, but repair still hit repair must use the exact applied package revision.
• Copying managedDir into the fixture was the wrong tree: repair preflight matches the source envelope, not the published artifact.
• Snapshot the fixture before the 3.0.0 probe and restore that source so repair can observe the foreign host MCP key.

Test plan

• Native Client Runtime opencode runtime on darwin-arm64 and windows-amd64 after this lands on architecture
• Do not merge refactor: installer core clean architecture refactor #288 to main
