• Required lint / root failed on refactor: installer core clean architecture refactor #288: os.CopyFS needs go1.23, root module is go1.22 (stdversion).
• Replace both copies with filepath.Walk. Hosted OpenCode native on darwin-arm64 already passed the collision lifecycle on ef6e45674.
