Implement the core architecture and initial AI blocks for the "Living Canvas" Obsidian plugin.
This PR establishes the complete foundational structure for the "Living Canvas" plugin, including
BlockManager,CanvasManager,UIManager,ActionHandler, andBlockExecutor. It also integrates initial AI block definitions (Summarizer, Quiz, Grader, Translator) and plugin settings, laying the groundwork for AI-powered workflows within Obsidian's canvas as per the detailed project plan.
