Implement block configuration saving and enhance the custom AI block to allow saving user-defined prompts.
The initial codebase was a basic Obsidian plugin template. This PR establishes a complete Synapse plugin structure, including managers for blocks, UI, actions, and canvas, to support the requested features. This foundation enables persistent block configurations and the ability for users to define and save custom AI prompts directly within their vault.
