Keep portable install/copy sentinels on the full authored source, while doctor state tests use one clean Git-backed compact contract fixture. This removes three repeated full-source install copies and three duplicate doctor process startups; the production command function still covers missing-profile, partial-tests, and lost-tests negatives, with real CLI sentinels retained for no-tests/full doctor and provenance rejection. Focused matched cases: 4 passed, 1113 deselected; pre-edit 36.38s wall / 40.71s CPU, candidate 35.07s / 36.84s. The 11-case doctor module also passes.
