The compiler is offline and performs no cloud or repository mutation. Do not submit credentials, Terraform state, secret values, personal data or unredacted topology exports in issues.

Generated proposals are advisory. Engineers must validate identities, networking, data paths, availability requirements, costs and rollback before using an external deployment pipeline.
