Failure when run gpu_global_placement

First of all, thank you for your great work on this project! I have one question:

When I run the tcl command gpu_global_placement -density 0.7 -cluster_constraint_flag -dataflow_flag.
The following error shows. I am wondering weather there should be multi-bit Flip Flops to run this tcl command.
