…nt architecture - AFI_Full_Architecture.md: the provider-adapter runtime is the sole live enrichment-execution seam (eight registered adapters; boot-loaded governed provider/instance/credential-ref registries); the five lanes are vendor-neutral provider-instance-backed plugins with the aiMl lane joined pre-merge; District 1 five-category table now lists the committed all-five keyless/self-hosted reference instances + the BYOK alternatives; decisions list gains the FLPR-GOV record (sixteen decision records); Atlas 'not started' anchors preserved - ARCHITECTURE_STATUS.md: boot-registry list + implementation paths gain src/providers/ and the three FLPR-GOV registries - specs/AFI_PROVIDER_BYOK_FOUNDATIONS.v0.1.md: status line scoped honestly to the v0.1 foundation record, pointing activation at FLPR-GOV - removed four undisclaimed status docs that presented the retired runtime as current (phase3-template-registry-status, AFI_GATEWAY_RENAME_STATUS_REPORT, PRIORITY2_IMPLEMENTATION_PLAN, AFI_REACTOR_AUGMENTCODE_AUDIT_REPORT) - both CI guards pass (check_architecture_doc, check_stale_refs) Co-Authored-By: Claude Fable 5 <noreply@anthropic.com>
