…Mission R follow-up) The initial docs sweep missed AFI_ORCHESTRATOR_DOCTRINE.md — the '10 Commandments of AFI Orchestration' (Repository: afi-reactor) teaching the deleted DAG-orchestrator model; the reactor-side copy was already deleted in this mission. Deleted the docs copy and resolved the one dead reference: AFI_PORTABLE_PROTOCOL_SURFACE.v0.1.md Known-Tensions row now points at the current manifest-driven GraphExecutor runtime (no dead link, no 'conforming DAG outputs').
