…ree residue guard - Re-vendor the canonical-hash governed schema from afi-config@d6f2504 (D-17 -> R1-GOV $comment); re-pin its MANIFEST sha256. - Bump every afi-config commit pin 22e79cf -> d6f2504 (MANIFEST, ci.yml, README, .afi-codex.json, official hashes.json, governed-schema-drift + official-artifacts test pins). Official template artifacts byte-identical. - Token-free redesign of tests/current-state-residue.test.ts: escaped-dot version capture for evidence-contract majors; fragment-assembled needles for the retired path/POC tokens; the seven-category enum equality retained. - Negative-test invalid-category value 'social' -> 'notacategory' (behaviour-neutral; the seven-category enum positively excludes it). Authorized by R1-GOV D-R1-8/D-R1-11. No schema shape / runtime change. afi-factory: 207 tests pass. Co-Authored-By: Claude Opus 4.8 (1M context) <noreply@anthropic.com>

Implements R1-GOV (accepted) in afi-factory. Re-vendors the canonical-hash governed schema from afi-config@
d6f2504(D-17 → R1-GOV$comment); bumps all 7 afi-config commit pins 22e79cf → d6f2504 (official-template artifacts byte-identical, R1 did not touch them). Token-free redesign of the current-state-residue guard (escaped-dot version capture + fragment needles + the existing seven-category enum equality).
