docs: remove afi-cli-framework from the repository map (22 → 21) - #5

afi-cli-framework has been removed from the AFI-Protocol organization; its sole consumer (afi-gateway) no longer depends on it. Remove its row from the Support and reference tier, drop that tier's count 6 → 5, and set the organization total 22 → 21 (tiers now sum 3+6+5+4+3 = 21).
