Docs: illustrate the Use Cases wiki page with the recorded demos

The task

Illustrate the Use Cases wiki page (https://github.com/AI-First-Community/kuber-map/wiki/Use-Cases) with the recorded demos (now in images/demo-*.gif), so readers can see each capability.

Why

The README embeds the demo GIFs; the wiki Use Cases page is still text-only. A couple of well-placed GIFs make it far more approachable — a great docs-first contribution.

Where to start

• Wiki repo: https://github.com/AI-First-Community/kuber-map.wiki.git
• Add the GIF(s) under the wiki's images/ and embed with <p align="center"><img ... width="820"></p>, matching the Home page.

Done when

• At least one demo is embedded on the Use Cases page with descriptive alt text.
• Images render on the live wiki.
