Copy the file
local_env.ymlor create your own to theconfigdirectory within app
$ cp config/database.example.yml config/database.yml
$ vagrant up
This proccess will setup your Ruby & Postgres environment all set to run a Rails project
$ vagrant ssh
$ bundle install
$ rails db:create db:migrate
For further accesses, if any changes have been made in the database just migrate to the new version:
rails db:migrate

rails s -b 0.0.0.0: Initializes the webserver binding to the address0.0.0.0and port3000(default) serving the application (http://localhost:3000) -
rails c: Initializes the rails console with database access (development environment by default) -
bundle exec shoryuken -R -C config/shoryuken.yml -d -L /path/to/logfile: Executes the Shoryuken gem monitor as a daemon that handles the SQS management
