DealsForMeals is an app that aims to help low-income families with finding the best deals. The app eliminates the need to sort through dozens of websites of each individual food bank, and shortens the distance from accessible food to hungry stomachs. With DealsForMeals, users will be able to conveniently access the newest deals, BOGOs, happy hour discounts, promotions, and more. More importantly, users can post deals they find to help struggling families save a couple dollars per purchase, eventually saving a great amount of money in cumulation. Furthermore, the app enables food providers, such as groceries, to help food banks restock their supplies more easily.

- Google Maps Functionality to see Businesses on a map
- Google Places API to Search for Locations
- Upvote / Downvote Functionality
- Upload Images to Firebase Storage
- Stores User Data with Firebase
- Utilizes Ngx piping to query through and search for users
- Google and Username Authentication

- Expand User base- university students, other countries, etc.
- Have app representatives and college students as brand ambassadors
- Partner with businesses
- Get sponsorships from major food names in the industry (ex: Feeding America, Meals on Wheels)
- Add more app features
- AI Moderation system that can detect if the image is valid
- Expired coupons are automatically deleted (users have the ability to flag expired postings)
- Improve User Experience and cater towards Users’ needs.
- Expanding outside the U.S.
- Possible territories include Australia and Canada; other English speaking countries

Step Two: Download NPM (if necessary) https://nodejs.org/en/

npm install -g @angular/cli- Step Four: Download Ionic CLI (if necessary)
npm install -g @ionic/cli- Step Five: Install Project Packages
cd Deals2Meals_App
npm install- Step Six: Run the Ionic Server
