Mock email configuration with templates and routes

List of changes made:

• Create email templates using react-email
  • Meeting room: Awaiting confirmation, confirmation and cancellation
  • Shared learning room: Confirmation and cancellation
• Render the email templates with a mock email service using nodemailer and react-router
  • There are buttons at the bottom of relevant pages that will bring up the fake emails and then disappear.
• Fix some miscellaneous spacing bugs

This PR adds the email components for confirming room reservations and cancellations. A mock email service is used so that the email bodies may be viewed in the browser.

• PR does not interfere with app functionality
• PR does not fail any tests
