This is mainly done to test with a local instance using the prod pretix: the healtcheck page is blocked by cloudflare's WAF while the /api/* endpoints are not

- Moved hardcoded templates to application module - Added JteContext to translate mails without passing arguments
Added translation utils to temporarily use another language in the context, especially useful when sending emails to other users
- Added TranslationUtil to correctly parse languages and account for different country/language separation - Added the changeLanguage endpoint - Added the language onto token verification, in order to adjust frontend's language upon logging in
