All four README files now have a consistent ecosystem navigator: AkadilEDU is shown as the parent learning brand, followed by a downward arrow to AkadilEDU PRIME, its Telegram practice sub-brand. Original PNG logos and product names link to the corresponding guide, and the current component is marked explicitly.
The product guides also have original PNG action buttons for verified destinations, a task-oriented starting table, a complete expandable section navigator, expandable setup/technical content, common product questions and return-to-top links. The diploma guides receive direct project/product actions and the same section navigation while retaining the academic criteria. Logos, the existing slogan and proprietary rights notices are preserved.
Product guides link to product guides, while diploma guides link to their counterpart diploma guides. Existing duplicate ecosystem sections are consolidated into the navigator. The text preserves the distinction between brand hierarchy and the still-planned integration of learner records.

Validation: checked local links and heading anchors, HTML table and disclosure structure, generated PNG action assets, exactly one ecosystem navigator per file, both destinations and logo URLs, and the absence of diploma references in product guides. No source code, dependency manifests or submission tags are changed.
