In the Procedure Ontology there are a lot of modifiers that don't appear to be used.

It appears the HCPCS ones are marked as inactive, and when running the provided stored procedures it doesn't look like the CPT modifiers are brought over into the MODIFIER_DIMENSION.

CPT and HCPCS modifiers are primarily used for billing and tend not to provide useful clinical information for research. Also, it's difficult to set up a meaningful modifier hierarchy because there is no correlation between the codes and the valid modifiers. Therefore at this stage, SCILHS is not using these codes, though they are still provided for reference.
