Looks up is_zra_non_taxable, zra_non_tax_item_id, and zra_non_tax_item_name from the Item doctype. If the item is non-taxable, sends the VFMS item ID and name in the salesItems payload instead of 0. (cherry picked from commit 1a6f91d)
