What changed

  • adds deterministic tool-index and utterance-index routing for the next unsent tool object
  • generates one sub-120-whitespace-token card for every AF record
  • adds typed card-or-UNKNOWN receipts with cite-or-silence semantics
  • adds overlap ambiguity handling for deletion and Git-state collisions
  • adds a hash-pinned INJECT.txt under 80 tokens as the single downstream stub
  • exposes af_tool_preflight through MCP and tool-preflight --stdin through CLI
  • embeds the complete hotpath in the zero-install standalone sandbox
  • adds 20 frozen tool-shaped traces with 100% pass requirement

Boundaries

Every receipt has authority=none and authorized=false. match=none and ambiguous are not clearance. Unknown receipts contain no AF citation. Model-specific hidden-reasoning proposals were not encoded as universal facts.

Validation

  • npm run check
  • 55 core tests passed
  • 17 API tests passed
  • 20/20 hotpath traces passed
  • standalone sandbox and MCP hotpath tests passed
