Applied builder pattern. I used the builder pattern in github.py. I made a builder class called GithubSourceBuilder.py, its main function is to create data sources in GitHub and not just JSU GitHub. For now, the builder class supports GitHub_JHU_source.py in creating relevant covidify sources. Eventually, when there are more further validated data sources from other GitHub sources, the builder method can be extended to support them. covidify_prep.py is not a class of the builder pattern.
