GridDash v1.1.0 is here! This update brings a major quality-of-life improvement to your sleek, frameless desktop HUD, making setup smoother than ever while continuing to serve as the ultimate companion to your system and the Gridflow hardware ecosystem.
🌟 What's New in v1.1.0:
- Zero-Install Custom Fonts: GridDash now natively bundles and dynamically loads its required fonts (JetBrains Mono & Nerd Font Propo) directly into system memory on startup. You no longer need to manually install any
.ttffiles to your PC—text, symbols, and UI icons will look perfect right out of the box!

- Real-Time PC Telemetry: Live, visual monitoring for CPU (Usage, Freq, Temp), RAM, Storage (C: Drive), and Network (Up/Down speeds).
- System Health Engine: A dynamic, color-coded visualizer that calculates your PC's "Stability Index" and health score based on real-time hardware loads.
- Context-Aware Media Hub: Fully integrates with Windows Media. Displays live album art, track timeline, song title, and artist, complete with playback controls.

🛠️ How to Install:
- Download the
GridDash.zip(or the executable). - Extract the files to your desired folder.
- Run
GridDash.exe. (Note: If you have Gridflow installed, run it alongside GridDash to see the hardware link status populate!)
⚙️ How to Automate (Launch on Boot):
- Create a shortcut for
GridDash.exe. - Press
Win + R, typeshell:startup, and hit Enter. - Paste the shortcut file into the Startup folder.
⚠️ Notes:
- GPU Stats: Temperature and utilization tracking currently requires an NVIDIA graphics card and the latest drivers.
- Windows Exclusive: This application uses native Windows APIs (WinRT, WMI, GDI32) for media, fonts, and hardware tracking. It is not compatible with macOS or Linux.
- Windows Defender: You may need to click "More Info" -> "Run anyway" when launching for the first time, as the executable is natively packaged and self-signed.
