Balise is free: payment, funnel and services framing out

Balise is a proof of concept for the loxodonta trail canon, not a product with a price. This removes everything that read as "this leads to an invoice", and refreshes the loxodonta cross-link while it's in there.

Money and monetization

• docs/methodology.md loses the pricing anchors ($150 / $299/$690/$1,290 + $49/mo / $2–10K) and the go-to-market channel plan.
• ADR-0004 rewritten and renamed off open-core-service: MIT because the methodology is the artifact, not because an open core funnels to a closed service.
• ADR-0005 rewritten: the assessment runs locally, and the rationale is now the security posture rather than a revenue gate. The decision itself is unchanged — no server-side PI, static client-side questionnaire.
• ADR-0001/0002/0003 lose "target buyer", "buyers want the number", "free-scan funnel".
• evals.yml drops the per-run dollar figure.

Funnel

• The mini-scan is a quick look, not a "free preview" whose page ends on "complete assessment available on request". It now tells the reader how to run the full thing themselves.
• GLOSSARY.md no longer calls it "the funnel mouth".
• write_teaser → write_apercu, matching the glossary term.

Services

• The landing page asks you to get the tool, not to request an assessment. The MSP white-label/referral band is removed, and the closing section is "run it, and open an issue when a finding looks wrong".
• "engagement letter" / "lettre de mandat" leave the signing docs — the fingerprint page is the out-of-band channel on its own.
• The deliverable is an assessment, not an engagement, matching the assessment_id and balise-assessment/1 that were already frozen. .gitignore covers the renamed output directories.

Canon sync with loxodonta

• The cross-link now says what loxodonta currently says of itself, and leads with Balise as the first design derived from that canon.
• VERIFICATION-TRAIL.md names the three ADRs that govern the format (0006 grades, 0007 manifest, 0008 issuer signature).
• Competitors de-named, per loxodonta's public-copy rule.

Verification

• Suite green: 71 passed.
• ruff check clean.
• samples/demo/out still verifies SELF-CONSISTENT — no sealed bytes were touched, and zero files under samples/demo/out appear in the diff.

Left deliberately

Two dollar figures survive: the OQLF statutory fine range in methodology.md, and "fines up to $25M" in ADR-0001. Both are statutory facts about others' fear-selling, quoted inside the argument against it.
