The idea of this program was to use ID3 and a given dataset to form a decision tree which would then take input from cin
to quiz the user and determine a class for a dnd character that they might want to play based on questions derived from the attributes.

As of right now all I have is entropy functions which calculate the entropy of a datatype and the framework for the dataset to be made.
in order for this to be complete I would have to take the entropy, split my input data table based on the outcomes and repeat the process.
