[eddyod]

Make sure the fiducials are either on or off.

These are the existing steps for performing the realignment steps.

1. Remove existing points on birdstore. (these are the ones taken from the fiducial annotations and created as text files on birdstore.
2. Remove the alignment directory
3. Remove the neuroglancer realigned data if it exists.
4. Fiducials are fetched from the database. Only active points are fetched.
5. Fiducials are then created from the data that has been saved by the user in the database.
6. The points are turned into text files that are placed on birdstore.
7. A rigid transformation is created by those points, and then stored in the database.
8. That additional transformation is combined with the initial transformation, then used on the cleaned directory and the resulting images are placed in the aligned directory.
9. There is no longer a realigned directory.
