Duplicate fields in the portal

We have the following fields in both the histology and scan run tables:

1. Orientation
2. Side sectioned first
3. Scene order

It seems this should only be in one table. Can we get rid of the fields in either the histology or the scan run table?

I take that back. Those fields are only in the histology table. But I will need to modify that table to accommodate Song-Mao's new ordering for the new brain.

Here are changes made for the new ordering setup.

1. The fields in the histology table are NOT used for ordering. The new column in the scan_run table is used: section_schema
2. The section_schema defaults to normal ascending ordering so sections are ordered by slide physical ID and scene number.
3. Exceptions are DK43 and DK40 which are order by descending order of slide physical ID and scene number.
4. The pipeline and the portal default to normal ascending order.
5. If you want to use the import/export feature and sort manually, you will select 'manual' under the scan run section schema.
