   I created a new URL with better alignment. Channel 2, (Red) and Channel 3 (Green) look very good. Channel 1 is still off. I will have to add a manual alignment if you need channel 1. Do you?

   By the way, the problems arose as DK79 was difficult to get the section alignment looking good, so we ended up making 5 different versions of each of the high resolution channels. The original cells must have been drawn under a different alignment.

   Hi Ed, Thanks so much- I am working on that link right now. It is workable for my needs for the Neuroscience meeting. And agree C1 alignment is off and the polygons also seem to not align now- but this is not a problem at all for me now. So- let's hold off on fixes for alignment issues until after the neuroscience meeting. Thanks! Beth
