Fiducial Points in database do not match points created #308
Description
This issue is for DK270_L_TG (link id=1124).
- I created two (2) fiducial points per section for all sections because of the amount of tissue that is missing and/or damaged.
- I created a "new" fiducial annotation id=8479, then I clicked "save" for both the annotation and the state.
- I tried running the "realign" task and received the following error message:
Song-Mao and I both checked the birdstore information and noticed that the second section lists 4 points instead of 2. In the image you can see that the first section (000) has 2 points listed, but the second section (001) has 4 points listed.
We also checked the online database and saw that this issue is true for several other sections where 4 points are listed in the database even though only 2 points are created in the NG link.

This error arose as the section depth is wrong. You switched from 20um to 30um and this messed up where the data gets placed. That is why there are 4 points on some sections and the sections only go up to 34 when it should go up to 51.
Go to this page:

And search for your animal. There should only be 1 set of fiducials per animal. Delete the older ones, you can do this by clicking the checkbox under the very 1st column, the select 'Delete Exported Annotations' from the dropdown.
When you go to:
https://brainsharer.org/ng/?id=1124 Make sure the z is set to 30um in the top right matrix. It is at 20um now. That is what is causing the problem.
You'll need to delete all the points under the selection box in the lower right also. I kept section 0 (when I tested), but all the rest need to be redone. When you are done, go back to the exported annotations and make sure there are two per section and they start at section 0 and go to section 51.
