Dk 55 will be the target brain for paper to which 2 other brains should be registered
I am creating polygon volumes for several structures
I can see the original and 2 d projection but cannot view polygons in the 3d rendered brain in the lower right quadrant
Also that quadrant does not seem to have any layer label
Just to step back- the goal is to register at least 2 other serial sectioned brains (sagittal plane) and then translate the annotated volumes to these brains- In 3d the volumes should show some overlap with the same structure in the new brain- this will be a test of how well brain to brain registration works
If the polygon volumes overlap the related structure than this provides a tool to "read" new brains...
hopefully since you now can create 3 d brains the inter brain registration may be pretty nice
