Le workflow Release ne poussait que sur RubyGems ; les GitHub Releases étaient créées à la main (v1.2.0 avait d'ailleurs été oubliée — désormais backfillée avec v1.0.0/v1.0.1).
Ajoute une étape qui crée la GitHub Release à partir de la section correspondante du
CHANGELOG.md(source unique, DRY). Input passé viaenv(pas d'interpolation inline), permissioncontents: writedéjà présente.
