This project is a complete solution to track employee skills, identify training needs, and automate reviews using SharePoint, Excel, Power Automate, and Outlook.
To create a centralized system that:
- Tracks employee skill levels
- Highlights training needs
- Sends automated notifications to employees and managers
- Provides dashboards for quick decision-making
A custom SharePoint list to store:
- Employee Name
- Department
- Role
- Skill Name
- Skill Level (1 to 5)
- Training Completed (Yes/No)
- Last Review Date
Features:
- Pivot Tables for skill distribution & training status
- Conditional formatting to highlight skill gaps

- Slicers for filtering by department, role, etc.

Training Reminder Flow
Sends an email to the employee when Skill Level ≤ 2 and Training is not completed. -
Review Reminder Flow
Notifies the manager if Last Review Date is over 90 days old.
