SaaS Web Application β Workflow & User Management System π Project Overview
This project involved testing a SaaS web application designed for managing users, roles, workflows, and organization-specific configurations. The application supports multiple user roles with different permission levels.
π― Project Objective
To ensure functional accuracy, role-based access control, and cross-browser compatibility while supporting frequent feature releases.
π Scope of Testing
Functional testing of user onboarding, role assignments, permissions, dashboard analytics, workflow creation, notifications, and settings. Cross-browser testing was performed across Chrome, Firefox, and Edge.

I translated business and functional requirements into comprehensive test scenarios. I executed manual test cycles, automated high-risk workflows, participated in sprint planning and reviews, and provided regular test status updates. I worked closely with developers to verify fixes and improve product quality.
