The app exceeded disk cache limit

4.0.16 seems to be a bit too eager to download videos. I have cache limit set to 20 GB, but the app is reporting that cache is at 22 GB now. It is not a big deal unless it keeps downloading and ignores the limit.

Instead of rolling 10% of video, I allowed 10% extra download. I used to allow the cache to go slightly over the limit (by roughly 500MB) mostly because I can't predict the size of the videos before I start downloading them, so I have a bit of slack in how strict I am with the cache. This was mostly useful with a default 5 GB cache a 1.4 GB videos from Apple which made a mess.

Now that I upped the defaults I'll try another strategy. Will be fixed for next build but will have to wait for more changes.
