Permit configure different video for Lock screen

Is it possible to configure:

• Static wallpaper for "normal operation".
• Specific wallpaper for lockscreen.

It really repends on what you call lock screen. If you mean, the login screen that you see after your mac wakes from sleep, then it's your wallpaper, that's controlled by Apple. If you set a static wallpaper in System Settings, that's what you'll get on those wake from sleep screens.

If you use the 4.1 beta (which itself is a "wallpaper") you can have that lockscreen play videos, and have that video pause on the desktop and keep static until the screensaver starts again.

Does that make sense ?

There's some amount of control where I can detect the post wake up login screen and maybe do something different there, so maybe explain a bit more what you're looking for exactly at which exact point.
