fix: drop listings whose pages do not match

Why

Three programs merged on 2 October do not match their own pages, measured again the same day.

• Fusebox (Add Fusebox to registry #139): the product page shows a free tier and $7/mo. It does not show a $29 lifetime offer or an affiliate link. The signup URL is a different brand and returns 403.
• ClaudeGuard (Add ClaudeGuard to registry #140) and the HyperFrames guide (Add Animate With Code HyperFrames Guide to registry #141): both products exist on Gumroad. Their shared signup page is titled "Become an affiliate for Sid Heart" and does not publish the 30% or 40% rate in the listing.

An earlier review on 29 September marked the same YAML not ready. The files were merged anyway. This removes those three files. Nothing else in the registry changes.

Swokei (#137) stays. Its page title is still "Earn 30% Recurring Commission, For Life". Only short_description was 136 characters. The schema max is 100, so this PR cuts it to one finished sentence of 94 characters. The commission fields are unchanged.

Test

npx tsx scripts/build-registry.ts loaded 785 programs after the three deletions.
