feat: publish markdown twins for rankings, home, and changelog

Why

Program detail pages already serve /programs/{slug}.md. Two listing pages did not:

• /rankings.md was 404. The rankings HTML page also did not advertise a markdown twin.
• /programs.md already existed, but /programs did not point at it.

/index.md was 404, which is the homepage check in the agent-readability audit. /changelog.md was 404 even though /changelog is live. This generates those three files at build time from the same registry and changelog entries the HTML uses, and adds rel="alternate" type="text/markdown" on /, /programs, /rankings, and /changelog.

/llms.txt stays at 10236 bytes after a full registry build (cap 10240).

Test

npx tsx scripts/build-registry.ts && npx tsx scripts/generate-md.ts wrote index.md, rankings.md, and changelog.md. Rankings are ordered by Affiliate Score, the same score as the podium on the rankings page.
