Adds VideoGen’s affiliate program with a backlink to https://videogen.io/affiliate-program.

The entry records the published 30% recurring subscription commission, up to 60-day last-click attribution, $50 monthly payout minimum, manual approval and FirstPromoter tracking. Payout methods and unspecified commission duration are omitted. Marked unverified for maintainer review.
