Redesigns the agenid.com homepage with the AIVH editorial-motion-web-design skill, Mode 002 PRODUCT_CONVERSION_LANDING. Scope: app/page.tsx, a .home-*-scoped block appended to app/globals.css, and a new components/LiveBadgeExample.tsx. No other route changes.

Story, ordered by the buyer's doubt ("who is this agent, and can I check it?")
Hook → Problem (the page's one paper band) → Mechanism (pillar rows + lifecycle rail) → Live resolver (real registry, unchanged SearchBar) → Verification levels (defined vs issued) → Developers → Audience fit (one divided row) → Ecosystem → Conversion → Objections (visible Q/A + FAQPage JSON-LD) → Closing payoff.

Kept verbatim: every factual statement on the previous page, including the level table (Defined in v1.1.1 / Issued by AgenID today, only L1 issued), "The only level agenid.com issues today is L1_REGISTERED.", protocol v1.1.1, MIT, Ed25519 / RFC 8785 JCS, and the npm, revocation, HSM-ceremony and ecosystem disclosures. Anchors #identity, #verify, #badges, #get-agenid preserved.

Removed from the homepage: the 5-scene hero carousel (now a static identifier specimen), the tabs (inactive panels were hidden with JS off), card grids and pill clusters.

Fixed along the way: the live badge example was a server-rendered <script> that mutated the DOM before hydration, causing React error #418 on every homepage load (also on production). It is now injected after mount.

CTAs: primary "Give Your Agent an Identity" → /issue everywhere; secondary "Verify an Agent" → /verify everywhere (matches the header). CTAs carry data-event="cta_click" + data-location. No analytics provider is installed, so nothing is sent yet.

QA: vitest run 1255/1255 pass; pnpm --filter @agenid/web build passes; Playwright on the preview at 390/768/1280/1920 shows no horizontal overflow, one h1, all sections visible with JS off and with reduced motion, 13/13 homepage links 200, the resolver routes to /a/<id> and shows the not-registered state, and /verify /issue /docs /trust /how-it-works /agents return 200 with no overflow.

…anding)

Reorders the homepage by the buyer's biggest doubt: hook, problem, mechanism,
live resolver, verification levels, developers, audience fit, ecosystem,
conversion, objections, closing payoff. Replaces the hero scene carousel with
a static typographic identifier specimen, replaces tabs (which hid panels with
JS off) with sequential sections, and replaces card grids and pill clusters
with row lists, a lifecycle rail and a single paper band. Every factual
statement is kept; defined vs issued stays two labelled claims.

…er hydration

The route-level home.css import was dropped from the production CSS bundle, so the
preview rendered unstyled. Its rules now live in globals.css (all scoped to .home-*
classes, .ground-paper and .rise). The live badge example's server-rendered <script>
inserted DOM before hydration (React #418 on every homepage load, also on production);
it is now injected after mount by LiveBadgeExample. Grid children get min-width: 0 so
long monospace strings wrap at 390px.
