The replacement security email contact may not receive reports
Medium Severity · Investigate
getSecurityTxt replaces the existing hello@agentrelay.com email contact with security@agentrelay.com, and /security advertises the same address. However, docs/enterprise-readiness.md lists creating the Google Group, assigning recipients, and testing inbound delivery as outstanding merge blockers. Publishing before those steps are completed could cause emailed vulnerability reports to bounce or go unread; the alternative GitHub link does not deliver reports sent by email. Retain the existing email contact until readiness is confirmed, or record completion before publication. The group's existence, external-sender permissions, and delivery to responsible recipients remain unverified and require the Workspace administrator's inbound test.

Retain a working contact until the security mailbox exists
If this commit is deployed before the new Google Group is provisioned, /.well-known/security.txt advertises this address as its first contact and /security repeats it, even though docs/enterprise-readiness.md explicitly lists creating and inbound-testing the group as an unfinished merge blocker. Vulnerability reports sent by email could therefore bounce or remain unread; retain the existing working contact or withhold this address from both surfaces until it has been tested.

Activate the reporting mailbox before publication.
The page directs vulnerability reports to security@agentrelay.com. The readiness draft says the Google Group has not been created or tested. If this route becomes public now, email reports may not reach the security owner. Create the group and verify inbound delivery before publication. The same gate applies to the email contact in web/lib/agent-discovery.ts.

Obtain approval before publishing safe harbor.
This paragraph promises that Agent Relay will not pursue legal action for qualifying research. The readiness draft says Khaliq has not approved safe harbor or the response targets in Line 26. Keep the disclosure route unpublished until the policy owner approves those commitments, or remove commitments that have not been approved.

Legal page links lack visible styling
Medium Severity
New in-copy links on /security, /trust, and the privacy cross-link omit s.link. Global a styles inherit color and drop underlines, so the disclosure mailto, GitHub reporting, and policy links match surrounding muted body text. Existing legal pages already use s.link for this. The enterprise trust CTA has the same problem.

Adds
/securityand/trustfor the Oct 22 enterprise event, based on operations PR #1. The pages distinguish current controls from ⏳ pending work and label the repository-derived provider inventory unconfirmed. Links from footer, privacy and enterprise pages; discovery now lists security@ and GitHub private advisories and points to the disclosure policy.Cleared prerequisites (D12; reported by operations-lead via SOC2grok): Khaliq approved the vulnerability disclosure text, safe harbor, and response targets.
security@agentrelay.comis live and tested, including external delivery. These are no longer merge blockers.Open item: Khaliq decides whether to publicly state current limits. Independent repository-required reviews remain applicable. Ready for review; Khaliq merges. No merge, publication, account change, or deployment performed by this update; no auto-merge label.
The internal implementation notes and automated review summary below describe the original prerequisites; this approval update supersedes their security-inbox/policy-approval blocker status. No code or repository files changed.
docs/enterprise-readiness.mdincludes claim evidence, exact human actions, and proposed privacy-policy reconciliation for owner/counsel review. Region/encryption guarantees, training/ZDR guarantees, completed audits and universal approval/audit claims are omitted pending evidence.Validation:
npm --workspace web run test -- lib/test/agent-discovery.test.ts(4 tests passed);npx tsc --noEmit -p web/tsconfig.json(passed);git diff --check(passed).npm --workspace web run buildpassed (413 generated pages, including both routes; webpack emitted a cache ENOSPC warning). Local built pages returned 200; desktop and 390px-mobile screenshots were inspected, with no page horizontal overflow. No publication or production verification performed.Note
Medium Risk
Introduces customer-facing security commitments and disclosure timelines before operational prerequisites (security inbox, approvals) are complete; privacy is only cross-linked, not expanded.
