🔴 Attachment authentication failure can crash CLI
When authentication fails or times out, awaitAttachmentSession leaves the promise returned by .finally() rejected and unhandled. Node can terminate the CLI instead of reporting the attachment error cleanly.

Not changing this one. .then(resolve, reject) handles the rejection itself (reject returns undefined), so the promise that .finally() wraps always fulfils. Nothing is left unhandled when task rejects or the abort fires first.

Reject a Cloud login bound to another API origin
When --cloud-api-url targets a different environment from the stored Cloud login (for example, the documented dev attachment command while signed into production), ensureCloudSession intentionally returns the stored session and its auth.apiUrl, ignoring this requested URL. The attachment is then POSTed to the wrong Cloud environment rather than the selected one. Compare the returned auth origin with the explicitly requested origin and fail with guidance to run cloud login --api-url ... --force, as the integration and room clients already do.

Fixed in 96ceca1. When --cloud-api-url is given and the stored login's apiUrl is a different origin/base path, attachCloudFleetSandboxRelayfile now throws before any request and tells the caller to run agent-relay cloud login --api-url <url> --force, matching the integration and room clients. A new test in fleet-sandbox.test.ts covers this. It fails without the guard because the attach goes ahead, and a trailing-slash variant of the same origin still attaches.

🟡 Minor · Keep refresh cancellation active while reading the response body. · auth.ts:377-431

🩺 Stability & Availability | 🟡 Minor | ⚡ Quick winKeep refresh cancellation active while reading the response body.
The new attachment path passes its bounded signal to
ensureCloudSession, butfetchWithRefreshTimeoutremoves the abort listener and clears its timer whenfetchreceives headers.requestStoredAuthRefreshthen readsresponse.json(). If the body stalls, attachment cancellation no longer reaches that read, and the file-backed auth lock remains held becausewithStoredAuthLockwaits for the refresh callback to finish. Keep the timer and cancellation listener active until body consumption completes.Suggested fix

Major default change for
fleet spawn --sandboxaffects remote worker startup and workspace context timing; new Cloud attach API and session abort behavior are on the critical fleet provisioning path.Overview
Breaking change to Cloud sandbox defaults:
fleet spawn --sandboxinside a Git repository now provisions an exact shallow checkout under/srv/agent-workforce/<repo>and dispatches without waiting for Relayfile materialization. Live workspace context before the task starts is opt-in via new--sandbox-relayfile(or--checkout --sandbox-relayfilewhen both Git clone and required live mirror are needed);--checkoutalone no longer implies a Relayfile mount.Adds
fleet relayfile attachto mount optional Relayfile context on an already-running sandbox (Cloud sign-in, optional--pathroots, shared timeout, no worker restart). The Cloud client implementsattachCloudFleetSandboxRelayfile(POST relayfile-mount, 202 polling, path validation, API URL binding checks), andensureCloudSessionpropagatesAbortSignalso attachment deadlines cancel stalled auth refresh.Docs, changelog (Unreleased - Major), CLI inventory counts, relayflow case 1763, and fleet tests are updated for checkout-first defaults and the new command.
