Correct the headless-host description.

Headless hosts continue to use agent-relay cloud login --device. This line says that the headless error names agent-relay cloud login instead. Describe the non-interactive, non-headless error, or document both command forms.

Review comment at @CHANGELOG.md at line 12:
Update the changelog entry to distinguish headless and non-headless sign-in
behavior: state that headless hosts use `agent-relay cloud login --device`, or
accurately describe only the non-headless error. Keep the command reference
consistent with the behavior being documented.

- The installer's quick start starts with `agent-relay cloud login` and links the desktop app at https://agentrelay.com/download.

🟡 Pending release lacks its major label

Adding these fixes under [Unreleased] leaves the pending release unlabeled. The existing Python workflow removal makes its required level Major.

Learn more

The pending changelog section records user-visible changes until a release is cut. The existing Python workflow and SDK removal is a major change, so adding patch-level fixes cannot leave the heading unqualified. The repository's changelog rule requires the highest pending SemVer level in that heading.

Example: With Python workflows removed and Cloud login guidance corrected, the pending section reads [Unreleased - Major], not [Unreleased] or [Unreleased - Patch].

Recommended fix: Update the pending heading to [Unreleased - Major]; retain the new Fixed entries beneath it.

Set the pending release level to Patch.

These entries add user-visible changes, but the file keeps ## [Unreleased] at Line 8. Change it to ## [Unreleased - Patch] so the release workflow records the required SemVer level.

As per coding guidelines, the first pending user-visible change must use an explicit release-level heading.

Review comment at @CHANGELOG.md around lines 12 - 13:
Update the pending release heading for the entries about headless Cloud sign-in
and the installer quick start to explicitly specify the Patch release level,
preserving the existing entry content.
