fix(cli): move a solo machine to the team workspace on init --hosted/--key - #2035
Solo relay init leaves local active. A later relay init --hosted or --key pinned the project to the team workspace but left local active, so the core and every agent stayed on local and teammates could not see them.
Change
When the active workspace is init's own local one (or none), --hosted, --key and --url make the new workspace active and print Switched this machine to workspace "<name>".
Core pickup: live, through workspace.refresh. A restart adds nothing.
Running sessions: a session keeps the workspace it registered with (the core's store holds that key), so refreshing never moves it. Init runs agents.unregister then agents.register under the same name, for agents the local server lists. Agents with a webhook, integrations or a spawner are left in place and named, with what to do.
Real saved workspace: stays active, same warning as today.
Core init did not start (desktop or service): nothing moves, and the active workspace stays too, because that core follows it. Init warns with the switch command. This also applies with no active workspace, which adds an activate: 'never' mode to persistWorkspaceSession.
Verified live
Isolated macOS homes, local CLI, published probe 15.0.5: A solo + Codex, then --hosted; B solo + Codex, then --key. Both sessions moved onto the hosted roster and a DM went A to B (242177605252853760) and back (242177654066413568), injected into the running sessions. --uninstall and --stop behaved.
Known limit
A moved auto-activated session is re-registered explicitly, so it counts as a manual registration on the new workspace: it is marked gone rather than removed when its session ends.
…--key
After solo `relay init`, `local` stayed active, so the core and every agent
stayed there when the person joined a team. Replace that throwaway workspace
as the active one, refresh the core, and re-register running sessions, since
a session keeps the workspace it registered with. Real saved workspaces and
cores relay init did not start stay as they are, with a warning.

Walkthrough
relay init now conditionally activates a joined workspace and can move eligible live sessions from a replaced local workspace. It leaves the active workspace unchanged when another workspace should be preserved or a foreign core is running.

Activation policy and workspace selection packages/cli/src/cli/commands/init.ts, packages/cli/src/cli/lib/workspace-session.ts, packages/cli/src/cli/commands/init.test.ts
Workspace persistence now supports never. Hosted workspace setup chooses whether to activate based on the active workspace and core ownership. Tests cover workspace selection, preservation, and conflicts.

After a switch, init refreshes the core workspace and attempts to move eligible live sessions from the replaced local workspace. Tests cover ownership checks, ineligible sessions, registration failures, and migration output.

Eligible sessions should move to the team workspace. If the new workspace refuses registration, an affected session may need to be started again. This bounded limitation is documented and does not otherwise block merging.

A rabbit checks the workspace key, Then watches sessions hop with care. The core refreshes, new teams appear, While saved old paths remain right there. One quiet nibble marks the change, And carrots celebrate the range.
[Medium impact] The PR appears safe to merge; no new blocking issue was found.

Joining a team workspace can move init’s local setup and running sessions.

- Line 1380: Update the result assembly after moveCoreToWorkspace so
workspaceNote is omitted when the same note is already included in moved or
setup.details, preventing duplicate output in either core path. Update the
relevant test to assert that the note occurs exactly once.
- Around line 1191-1232: Update moveSession so that if both replacement
agents.register attempts fail, it restores the original registration before
propagating the failure. Preserve the existing same-name attempt and fallback
registration behavior.
- Around line 1141-1154: Update coreWorkspaceNote so a failed workspace refresh
returns a confirmation error instead of undefined; ensure moveCoreToWorkspace
treats that result as a failure and does not move sessions when the core’s
workspace cannot be confirmed. The refresh operation is represented by
refreshCoreWorkspace.

Read what the core serves before moving, so a failed refresh moves nothing,
and print the workspace note once.

Keep #2035's active-workspace switch on the armadillo default, with the
origin binding checked before the workspace is created. Pick OpenCode's
server per call so a later key cannot inherit armadillo, and document the
ar_ fallback.
