The skills[0].source value is a bare GitHub repo URL, but materializeSkills only accepts prpm refs or skill.sh URLs with a #<skill> fragment; this value matches neither, so resolveSkillSource throws Unsupported skill source as soon as usePersona('relay-orchestrator') is initialized. In practice, any workflow that tries to run this new persona will fail before execution starts.
