Build the process once. Let it run.
Small, single-job Claude Code skills. Each one takes something you do by hand and turns it into a repeatable little machine you can run, reuse, or build on. Take them, use them, and if you improve one, open a pull request.
- Open the skill folder and copy its
SKILL.md. - Drop it into your Claude Code project (or paste it into a session) and run it.
- Give it the inputs it asks for. That's it.
Some skills include an
EXAMPLE.mdso you can see real output before you run it.
- martial-arts-curriculum-builder — your grading syllabus becomes a week-by-week curriculum + single lesson plans, each with a promo caption. For dojos and academies. (see example output)
Open an Issue (tell me what got stuck) or a Pull Request (show me your improvement). I read them, and good ideas make the skills better for everyone.
This is the fun part. I put the whole method (turning any of your processes into a Claude Code skill or product) into a paid pack: Process to Product with Claude Code →
