Phone app: training dataset recorder and Klipper/Moonraker mode - #4

…nraker mode Records printer telemetry, accelerometer, audio features, knock and jam events with WAV clips, and per-layer/mid/final photos for every trial; exports a dataset ZIP with manifest.jsonl. Adds a Moonraker host mode (same-origin on localhost, no keys) that can also record a job started elsewhere, and Klipper-native trial commands. Co-Authored-By: Claude Opus 5.5 <noreply@anthropic.com>
