Step 2 says that "how much should I send?" is answered from payment_setup_status funding, a request's price from the merchant's 402 for the exact URL, never from the merchant's website plans or a web search, and that the agent asks for the endpoint URL. Matches MCP 2.15.2 and skill 2.12.0.

Why
An agent asked "how much should I send?" took the price from the merchant's website plans and a web search instead of AiFinPay. MCP 2.15.2 and skill 2.12.0 now say where prices come from; this page should tell owners the same.
